And, breathe. What a week that was.
A massive 776 points were shared across all 16 games as franchises across the board began to confirm their post-season fates.
Atlanta Falcons shocked the San Fransisco 49ers, the Oakland Raiders put in a sorry performance in their final ever game at the Oakland Coliseum and the Dallas Cowboys finally turned up this season as they managed to defeat a team with a winning record for the first time.

Truth be told, near enough every team celebrating a victory this weekend could have been a worthy winner of the sought after ‘Result Of The Week’ but maybe this one deserves their UKPigskin coverage just that little bit more.
Step forward, Buffalo Bills.
The Bills cemented their place in the NFL play-offs for only the second time this century after a 17-10 road victory at AFC rivals, Pittsburgh Steelers.
A fourth quarter touchdown pass from Josh Allen to tight end Tyler Kroft was enough to seal a less than glamorous victory for the Bills but an historic one all the same.
In a match that didn’t leave much to the imagination in terms of offensive quality, it was once again the visitors defence that stole the headlines.
Resolute defensive performances from Buffalo are becoming a bit of a signature this year and this Sunday night proved no different.
The bills defence created five takeaways (four interceptions and one forced fumble) and limited the Steelers offence to just two scoring drives all evening.
This game was huge for both sides and although it may have not been the stand out result on paper, the manner of the performance, a road result and the eventual reward made it more than deserved of result of the week.
Sean McDermott’s side were met by rapturous cheers as die-hard fans stood in the freezing temperatures at Buffalo Niagra International Airport at 2am just to get a glimpse of their now confirmed, play-off team.
The result leaves Buffalo only one game behind their divisional rivals and current Super Bowl champions, New England Patriots, who they will conveniently suit up against next weekend.
McDermott’s side will go into next weeks crunch match-up as underdogs as they have done for the majority of the season, but that seems to suit them down to a tee.
Win or lose, it won’t take the gloss off this week’s success, however, a win could give them some incredible momentum as we head into what is shaping up to be an extremely exciting play-off picture.
There are some tough tasks ahead, none more so than next week but it won’t stop the loyal fans dreaming. If there’s one thing to take from this year’s NFL, it’s that anything can happen and I’d argue no fan base deserves this opportunity more.
Congratulations, Buffalo Bills.
